Received
Ph.D. in 1979 from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore in
theoretical condensed matter
physics. Currently he is a Professor at International School of
Photonics. Areas of interest are, nonlinear dynamics and chaos, chaos and synchronisation of chaos in laser systems.
He is a life member Indian Physics Association, life member of Photonics society of
India and life member of Indian Complex System Society. He was the former
director of International School of Photonics.
He is a visiting professor to the Department of Physics, Central University
of Hyderabad, India.
